(00:01) hi everybody in this video I will show you how to get energy data from your control cabinet and make reports and analytics with uh Pluto analytics so first of all the energy meter power meter gets its data through mod bus RTU then you can use a gateway in this case Modbus RTU to Laura 1 wireless network through a L1 gateway then you connect to a lot one network server then through MQTT you get the energy data finally in this edge computer called optics edge
(01:04) you translate from MQTT to opcua which is the standard protocol to enter to enter the data in Pluto analytics and finally you will make your reporting and so on um you can do this with node red this protocol translation running in the optics edge thank you to docker and portainer so first of all let’s see our energy data in our one network server this is on the things network we have it here this is our network server with the application and the uplinks the up link takes place every 20 seconds and with this payload
(02:13) active energy and so on okay so this payload arrives to our node red through MQTT since the network server is an MQTT broker and the optics H is subscribed to this MQTT messages so here we have our payload with the active energy of the cabinet so we will retrieve this payload through MQTT we will parse it to the active energy once we have have the active energy we inject through a PCUA which is captured by Pluto so let’s jump Pluto uh we can
(03:20) go like this yes here we have the Pluto analytics which has a database in postgra SQL and we are storing those data remember those are the active energy data we are receiving each time each time it changes of course each time it changes we get a record here new And in Pluto you just to have to configure one data table connection to a database in this case and with this database and we can create a table like this one where we will store the energy data you also have to set up a UA driver this is
(04:28) the local host in this case and with this OPC endpoint you’re connected and then you just go to this data group and we are receiving data this is the last one that we could see here in old thread this is the last value this one I was talking another value arrived so we can take a look here and see the value and this is all i hope you enjoy thank you very much
