(00:01) hi everybody in this video I will show you how to use Docker containers in Optics Edge and this time to have a fantastic node red running on your optics edge so first of all you have to enter to configure your optics edge to enable Docker we go to the IP address and you on the configuration you go to docker you enable docker engine and portainer portainer it’s a docker manager okay then you just configure this and save then you just open port 9,000 of your optics edge to access the container manager called
(01:06) Portainer and it’s so easy you just go to the templates catalog you navigate to your favorite application you just look for no red and just install it you just select this one and go up and give a name and deploy the stack once you deploy the stack you can go to containers and you will see your docker container running here for node red so you have already an instance running of node red so you can just point to your optics edge to your port 1880 and you get a complete no red running for you and just test an MQTT
(02:11) application and yeah this is working so this is all working with no thread in optics edge i hope you enjoy thank you very much
