(00:01) Hi everyone. In this video, I will show you how to use Graphana to perform a statistical analyst analytics of your production with factory talk optics. We will take the PLC data and inject in an influx DB database and with graphana visualization tools, you will perform statistical analytics. First of all, let’s take a look at this fancy plug-in for Graphana called SPC Histogram statistical process control that allows you to perform different operations.
(00:43) And let’s go to the application. Here we have a data logger with a data grid from three sine wave variables from PLC and an additional variable that is generated inside optics thanks to the net logic runtime a variable that it’s uh random generated with Gaussian distribution. So this is running already. This is the variable with a random value from 0 to 10 with Gaussian distribution.
(01:24) And we can at the the histogram distribution and so on. And well, this is all. I hope you enjoy this video. Thank you very much.
