(00:01) Hi everybody. In this video, I will show you how to use the premier integration with a hardy weight processor. And um uh you have to download from the web page this EDS up and the face plate. Then you can go to Studio 5000 and just create a new module after you install the EDS. Once declared, you have these new variables where you can just look at the inputs for monitoring and you will see here the weight in real time.
(00:57) If I take the weight away, you have equals to zero. When I when I put the weight again, you can hear the value. You can see the value here. But this is only the AUP. And if you want to use the face plate, you just have to install an AUI. Yeah. That you have downloaded from the web page and insert on your program with a new variable hi 6200.
(01:48) And then you will get a new variable that it’s this one. This takes all the management of the face plate. On the other hand, you just go to factory tool view and you install the assign the global objects here. Here we have the global object and let’s start the application. I have it here the running application. Okay.
(02:33) So I can click on this button and you see the RD process white face plate with the real time weight. If I take the weight away, it goes to zero. If I put it again, you recover it. Um, you could also see other screens like this one for calibration, for the filter, for wave saver, etc., etc. The integrated technician.
(03:12) Uh you can also see uh the values in real time. If I press the low cell you see here that we after we are bigger than 100% it turns red color right here you have. And well, this is all concerning the hardy face plates in the 62 62 100. So, I hope you enjoy. Thank you very much.
