(00:01) hi everybody in this video I will show you how to integrate from Factory to Optics to fix maintenance software management and uh in the same time uh you will see the new face plates used by uh Optics like this one here we have access to our assets you can also create met readings to our assets you can create events you can look uh for met readings and you can also uh look for the events so I will show you first uh here we have our Optics
(01:08) project with the assets and if you go to the fix tenant you can also find your assets first of all you have to download this Library prepared by RW Automation in the prod Compu and download page and look for fix Library so you can download from here and once you download it’s uh easy to follow your video you have with all the steps to set up and use this Library so let’s uh go back again to our fix tenant where you have the your
(02:13) facilities with the location and you can have Factory with some resources like machines here you have machine one machine two also in in Optics uh thanks to this Library you will be able to replicate the same structure like a a site with its machines and machine one machine two same way we we see here and when you ucute this uh um Optics application you can hit on this button to open the face plate but you have access to the fix tenant and for instance you could even
(03:21) Force um meter reading even manually if I write here value for my meter reading 1 two three four for instance enter Then I select and I click on ADD select reading this already sent to fix so if I open fix I can go to machine one to meing events here we have this right this end 1 2 3 4 mid ring okay if you do with another value like this one you can send another volue like this one and I add selected
(04:27) reading this is already done if you go to the metal readings see here the value okay so it’s working fine and you can make also other action like for instance looking at this trend of midle readings and if you show in a data table you can find here the last injected metal ratings okay you could also do the same with the events I at an event like a network failure so let’s add an event here succeeded if I go to same
(05:34) asset Ming events I can go here and find let’s let me update this info concerning machine one if I go to Ming events yes here I have my just sent event as Network value failure you could also use as I did before an not right application to inject data to the EPA like for example this value I inject 1,300 and if I go to Optics application I can check for this just recent
